Preparing your board

Reading the browser time zone…

No location permission or remote lookup is used.

Clear across borders

A meeting time is more than a clock reading.

The same instant can land on a different date, cross a daylight-saving change, or use a half-hour or quarter-hour offset. This planner keeps those details visible.

1

Add your places

Search bundled IANA zones—no location permission or remote geocoder.

2

Choose a real instant

Compare aligned rows and select 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

3

Send the unambiguous version

Copy dates and offsets, share a URL, or download a UTC calendar file.

Working hours are a hint

A 9:00–17:00 tint can help scan the board, but the planner never decides what is acceptable for another person. You can select any available slot.

Why the supported range is explicit

Governments can change time-zone rules. This release ships IANA 2026c data and limits planning to 2022–2030 so its behavior stays versioned and testable.
